| St Emilion, Bordeaux Since Alain Vauthier has had total control at Ausone, he has instituted a strict selection process, resulting in a small quantity of second wine. The 2000 Chapelle d'Ausone's black fruit and mineral notes are presented in a fresh, lively style. This is a medium-bodied, classy effort. It will drink well for 10-15 years.
