| Knappogue Castle Whiskey is made exclusively from malted barley. It is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and then carefully aged in oak casks. This single malt whiskey was distilled in 1993. Each cask was then individually selected and bottled in 2001. My father began bottling Knappogue Castle many years ago. Today we are proud to carry on that tradition and hope that you enjoy its wonderfully smooth flavour and exceptional quality. Knappogue Castle 1993 is a very special reserve of Irish Single Malt Whiskey. Many casks are sampled ut only a limited number are selected each year to bear the Knappogue Castle brand. Carefully aged in bourban casks, Knappogue Castle is exceptionally smooth and unique, a truly great spirit. |
